Just booked with Tripse to go to Dubai in 2022 using a video call to discuss plans and finalise booking! This was a first for us and couldn’t recommend enough. Michelle was great with follow-ups and answering the many questions I had. Very helpful in suggesting the right hotels in the best locations within my budget. When she was not available her other team members got back to me with answers and info. I’ll be recommending to all my friends and family.

It was the first time I’ve ever used video calling to get a holiday price and it was excellent, the agent shred her screen and walked us through the whole holiday. This is a special trip for my friend and there is a large-ish group of us travelling. The (very sophisticated) quotation system they use made it very easy for me to share the details with the group and the quote I received looked just a holiday brochure- very slick! Will be using them again and recommending to all.

Trispe have gone above and beyond on our honeymoon arrangements. We had lots of questions and obviously wanted everything to be right (important holiday right!) We received all documentation in good time and even received an upgraded room in the Caribbean! And there was even a bottle of champagne in our room when we arrived! They were professional, humble and polite, he explained everything to me in terms that I understood and he made sure to let me know of the various changes ASAP. He has done an excellent job and I would use his services again and recommend family and friends too, thank you for your hard work!
